Processing Time: We will process your order within 1-3 business days after receiving it and confirming payment. Our processing times may vary during peak seasons, but we will always make an effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. If we run out of a product, it may take us around one week to produce it.

Our shipping options are designed to meet your preferences and location. For lightweight mosaic tiles such as shell tile, thin glass mosaic tile, or stainless steel mosaic tile, we use couriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. to ship to your door. If you order a large quantity and the courier cost is relatively high, we would suggest shipping by air or sea. For heavy products, such as natural stone mosaic tile, ceramic mosaic tile, natural stone tile, and ceramic tile, we normally ship them by sea.

Before completing your purchase, you have the option to view the shipping cost during the checkout process. If the shipping cost is excessive, it suggests that the product should be shipped by sea or air. International Shipping: We proudly ship our mosaic tiles worldwide. It should be noted that international shipments may be liable for customs duties, taxes, or other import fees imposed by your country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable charges.

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number to keep track of the progress of your order after it is sent. You can monitor your shipment’s progress via the carrier tracking system. To arrange for shipment or pickup, the agent of our shipping forwarder in your country will get in touch with you for products shipped by air or sea.

Delivery Time: Delivery Time: Depending on your location and preferred shipping method, delivery timeframes can vary. It typically takes 3–7 days for merchandise transported via courier to reach locations across the globe. It’s significantly faster than courier service for goods transported by air. Major seaports across the world will receive merchandise transported by sea in approximately 5 to 35 days. The expected delivery time will be sent to you after the order is placed, or you can ask before placing the order.

Shipments Damaged or Lost: In the extremely uncommon case that a shipment is lost or damaged, please get in touch with us right once. We’ll make sure you get your order and help you resolve the problem.
